Dynamic Neurofeedback

Why do certain difficulties keep recurring even though we have already worked extensively on them?

Promote flexibility

Dynamic neurofeedback® allows the brain to observe its own functioning and receive information about its activity. It thus supports its ability to adapt, to explore other possibilities, and to develop greater flexibility in the face of different situations.

Understanding dynamic neurofeedback

I use Neuroptimal®, a dynamic neurofeedback system that does not seek to impose a particular way of functioning on the brain.

Unlike some approaches that define in advance what the brain should do, Neuroptimal® simply provides it with information about its own activity.

The brain then retains the freedom to observe, learn, and adjust its functioning according to its current needs.

This approach relies on the natural self-regulation and adaptation capabilities of the nervous system.

Dynamic Neurofeedback FAQ

What you can observe on a daily basis

Make an appointment

• You feel like you're falling back into certain patterns despite the changes you've made.

• Your mind remains very active even when your body relaxes.

• You have difficulty recovering after certain demands.

• You often feel on high alert.

• You want to develop more flexibility in the face of unforeseen events.

• You are looking to support the system's natural self-regulating capabilities.

Dynamic neurofeedback allows the brain to observe its own functioning so that it can develop new possibilities for adaptation.

The brain changes more easily when it can observe what it is doing than when we try to impose on it what it should do.
