About me

My career path connects two worlds: large organizations and human dynamics. Today, I combine these experiences to support individuals, teams, and organizations.

I was born on July 19, 1969, in Nice, on the eve of the first moon landing. The daughter of a Cossack mother and an Italian father, I grew up in Milan. From a very young age, I wanted to understand and learn: at four, I was already asking to start school, and at five, I enrolled in a German school. This curiosity has never left me.

After studying Information Science, I spent nearly twenty years in international investment banking. There, I learned to operate in complex environments, to connect information from multiple levels, and to make decisions in demanding and constantly evolving contexts.

My personal and professional experiences then led me to the study of human functioning, the body, and cellular memory.

This new path led me to become a Complementary Therapist with a Federal Diploma, a coach, and an adult trainer with a Federal Certificate. Today, these two worlds are no longer separate: they constitute two dimensions of the same work.

My way of working

I believe that every system has a natural capacity for adaptation. My role is not to provide a ready-made answer, but to help make accessible the information and resources that allow new possibilities to emerge.

I support this process through observation, systemic reading and various tools, within a framework that respects the pace and autonomy of the individual, team or organization.

Observe how it works. Encourage circulation. Allow resources to emerge.

My CV

My stance:

  • Observe from a neutral, non-judgmental stance.
  • Respect the pace and available resources.
  • Promotes the autonomy of the individual, team, or organization.
  • To act with consistency, integrity and responsibility.

Create a framework that is safe enough to observe what emerges, neither forcing it nor seeking to avoid it.

Your commitment:

  • Be prepared to observe your own way of responding to situations.
  • Accept to experiment before understanding everything.
  • Stay with what appears, even when it shifts the usual reference points.
  • To test in reality what was discovered during the coaching

Change becomes possible when what has been experienced can gradually be tested and integrated into daily life.
