Understanding human functioning
An approach to regulation based on observing how human systems receive, process, and integrate the signals that pass through them
Individual support
When certain situations repeat themselves, when stress persists, or when a change seems difficult to integrate, it's possible that the system has lost some of its natural capacity to adapt. My approach aims to identify the mechanisms at play and restore the conditions that allow the system to regain greater fluidity, coherence, and autonomy.
Team and organizational functioning
The same mechanisms that influence an individual can also be observed within teams and organizations.
Communication, decision-making, commitment, cooperation, and recovery all depend, in part, on how information flows through the collective system.
My approach aims to identify the conditions that support or hinder this flow in order to foster sustainable performance.
Visible difficulties are often the expression of an invisible process.
Organizations today face increasingly complex challenges:
- • information overload
- • acceleration of changes
- • relationship tensions
- • decision-making difficulties
- • loss of commitment
- • resource depletion
These manifestations are often discussed separately.
My approach offers a systemic reading that allows us to observe the mechanisms that link them and the conditions that promote greater fluidity, cooperation, and adaptation.
