Sustainable performance diagnosis

When a team puts in a lot of effort without achieving the expected results, understanding the problem isn't always enough. This workshop allows participants to observe what truly shapes its operations and experiment with ways to improve them.

When solutions are no longer sufficient.

A team may experience difficulties, have already modified its organization, communication or ways of working, and yet still encounter the same tensions, blockages or repetitions.

The workshop then proposes a shift in perspective: no longer simply seeking a new solution, but understanding what continues to drive the same responses. Starting with a real-life situation, the team investigates its functioning, experiments with a regulatory approach, and then observes its effects in its professional environment.

A real-life situation as a starting point

The workshop is not based on a theoretical case. The team brings a situation that they actually encounter in their work.

Through various observation frameworks and investigative tools, we gradually seek to clarify what warrants attention. The team can then experiment with targeted regulation and observe what changes under the same conditions.

The work doesn't end with this initial experience. The team then returns to their professional environment for two weeks. Reality then becomes an integral part of the process: it allows them to observe what evolves, what resists, and what emerges.

The process

The workshop in practice

Initial contact

  • A first meeting lasting one day
  • Two weeks of observation in the real world
  • A second 2-hour meeting
  • Maximum 12 participants
  • A real-life situation brought to light by the team
  • A progression combining experience, investigation, regulation and field observation

It is in the encounter with reality that the trajectory becomes visible.
