Phase 2: The Emotional

This step allows for a better understanding and harmonization of emotions associated with stress, integrating them into a dynamic focused on constructive solutions. Introspective work is offered to strengthen individual capacity to regulate stress. An optional individual session is available for those who wish to delve deeper into this process.

Phase 3: Body integration

To solidify learning, this final phase engages the body through specific movements that release tension and restore fluid breathing. By fostering a balance between thought, emotion, and action, this approach facilitates a profound transformation in one's relationship with stress, establishing a lasting state of calm and self-control.
