Just as a tense body lacks flexibility and vitality, a company rigidified by stress and conflict loses innovation and efficiency.
To regain optimal functioning, it's necessary to release these tensions, regulate stress, and restore communication between the different "parts of the body" of the company – its teams, its processes, and its culture. Just as mindfulness or movement release tension in the body, targeted approaches within companies can restore a healthy balance, fostering agility, well-being, and sustainable performance.
In business

Individually
Trauma leaves its mark on both the body and the mind.
Rather than simply a painful memory, trauma alters biology, influencing stress, emotions, and even physical health. Resilience then involves reconnecting with the body to release these imprints.
- Increased self-confidence
- Improved work-life balance, reducing burnout
- Sense of personal accomplishment
The module unfolds in three complementary phases:
• Phase 1: The cognitive phase – each participant is invited to formulate a clear intention and choose a concrete and measurable situation as a reference point to assess the progress and impact of the training. A common objective will then be defined, with a specific link to strengthen the head-heart alignment , fostering coherence between rational thought and deep feelings, both individually and collectively.
• Phase 2: The Emotional Phase – This stage allows for the acknowledgment and harmonization of emerging emotions within the group, integrating them into a forward-looking dynamic. An introspective exercise is offered, providing each participant with the opportunity to explore this further in an individual session (optional and not included in the price).
• Phase 3: Body integration – to permanently anchor learning, this final phase engages the body through specific movements. These movements promote the emergence of a new body schema, aligning thought, emotion, and action for profound transformation.
Resilience
Aligning mind and heart connects thought and feeling, fostering fairer decisions and a smoother work dynamic. In business, this connection strengthens engagement, collaboration, and the capacity to innovate by fully integrating the human dimension into action.
Resilience is accepting change and the fact that things don't always go as planned.
