Just as a body lacking energy struggles to move fluidly, a company where motivation is waning loses dynamism and efficiency.
To regain optimal functioning, it is essential to stimulate this inner energy, to remove the obstacles that hinder engagement and to strengthen the connections between the different "parts of the body" of the company – its employees, its culture and its vision.
In business
Just as the life force drives each individual, targeted approaches within companies can sustainably nurture motivation by aligning personal aspirations with collective goals. A company that cultivates team motivation fosters deep engagement, a dynamic of innovation, and sustained performance.
How does your company stimulate the motivation of its teams to guarantee fulfillment and collective success?
Positive impacts of motivation in the workplace
- Increased employee engagement
- Reduction in absenteeism and turnover
- Improving creativity and innovation
- Strengthening team cohesion
- More proactive decision-making
- A more inspiring company culture
Individually
A lack of motivation is not simply the result of a passing state of mind.
It is inscribed in the body and in unconscious patterns, influencing energy, concentration, and even physical health. Regaining motivation then requires reconnecting with oneself, by identifying and releasing the internal blockages that hinder the natural impulse to act.
How can developing your own motivation transform your commitment and professional impact?
- Clarity and direction: better understanding your objectives
- Balance between professional commitment and personal well-being
- Satisfaction and pleasure at work
- Increased efficiency, optimized productivity
The module unfolds in three complementary phases:
• Phase 1: The cognitive phase – each participant is invited to clarify their sources of motivation and identify a concrete and measurable situation as a benchmark to assess their progress. A common objective will then be defined, aligning individual and collective aspirations to strengthen the coherence between thoughts, values, and actions.
• Phase 2: The Emotional Dimension – This stage helps identify emotional barriers to motivation and transform resistance into levers for action. It involves introspection, with the option to explore this further in an individual session (optional and not included in the price).
• Phase 3: Body Integration – To firmly anchor motivation, this final phase engages the body through specific exercises that promote alignment between intention, emotion, and movement. These practices allow individuals to reconnect with their energy and embed motivation in a fluid and sustainable dynamic.
Motivation
Cultivating motivation means nurturing a powerful engine that fuels engagement and performance. By releasing internal blocks and restoring alignment between thought, emotion, and action, every individual and every company can transform the desire to act into a natural and lasting momentum.
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
