An organization where pressure and demands are too high sees its productivity, innovation, and commitment decline and eventually collapses.
To restore balance, it is essential to recognize warning signs, reduce sources of overload and re-establish a healthy dynamic between the different "parts of the body" of the company – its employees, its processes and its culture.
In business

The module unfolds in three complementary phases:
• Phase 1: The Cognitive Phase – Each participant is invited to become aware of stressors and identify the early signs of burnout. A clear objective is defined, based on a concrete and measurable situation, allowing for the evaluation of progress and the impact of the training. The alignment between mind and heart is strengthened to restore coherence between rationality and deep-seated needs.
• Phase 2: The Emotional Dimension – This stage allows for the exploration and harmonization of emotions related to stress and overload. The goal is to transform these feelings into levers for adaptation and well-being. An optional individual session (at an additional cost) is offered to further explore this work if needed.
• Phase 3: Body Integration – To permanently anchor learning, this phase engages the body through specific movements, restoring a balanced body schema. By aligning thought, emotion, and action, the transformation becomes profound and lasting.
Burnout
Preventing and overcoming burnout isn't simply about reducing workload. It's a holistic process involving self-awareness, emotional rebalancing, and reconnecting with one's body. A company that prioritizes burnout prevention fosters an environment conducive to well-being and sustained performance.
Burnout is what happens when you try to give from an empty well.
