The three structuring dimensions: from the human body to the company

All work carried out within a company ultimately reflects on the company itself. Employees are not "problems to be fixed," but rather revealers. They highlight, sometimes unintentionally, the weaknesses and inconsistencies of the system. It is therefore up to the organization, as a living entity, to take responsibility for what is expressed through them.

In this context, human beings are like musical instruments. Until they are in tune, they may sound dissonant. But their role is not to be rejected; it is to reveal the tensions within the collective score. The company is an orchestra: if one violin sounds off-key, it is not the individual musician who should be blamed, but the entire ensemble that needs to retune.

In turn, when the company strengthens its coherence, this work benefits individuals. Gradually, each person regains their resilience, clarity, and inner coherence. The structured company becomes a space that allows its employees to develop their potential and rediscover the joy of contributing fully to a shared endeavor.

The importance of group work

An individual can regain their balance through therapy or coaching. But if their team or environment remains misaligned, their stress will inevitably return: stress is always context-dependent.

This is why reharmonization must also take place within groups. Two levels are possible:

Individual support: some people need specific support to stabilize their energy and prevent burnout.
Team alignment: essential for the team to function coherently. Even before discussing common goals, it is crucial that team members are on the same wavelength.

Practices like collective heart coherence help harmonize the electromagnetic fields of those present. When everyone is aligned on the same frequency, tensions dissipate, communication becomes smoother, and the team can look in the same direction.

This does not mean losing one's identity: on the contrary, each person retains their specificities, talents, and resources. But these individual strengths are then put at the service of the whole, within a secure framework where the team's energy is channeled and becomes creative rather than destructive.

The three structuring dimensions

1. The left-right dimension: thinking, analyzing, deciding

This dimension connects our two cerebral hemispheres: intuition on one side, rational analysis on the other. It is associated with the supraspinatus muscle and the cerebral cortices, but also with the conception vessel, which brings energy from the earth to the brain.

In a company, this dimension represents the ability to connect intuitive vision with rational strategy. Without it, a team can dream without achieving anything, or analyze without ever innovating.

2. The top-down dimension: feeling, digesting, integrating

It connects the head and the gut, thought and emotions. It passes through the limbic system and the insula, the seat of consciousness and key to releasing addictions. It is associated with the clavicular pectoralis major muscles and the stomach, a symbol of what we "digest".

In a company, this is the emotional dimension: how teams welcome change, manage tensions, and integrate experiences. If this dimension is blocked, emotions accumulate, stress addiction grows, and collective consciousness is impoverished.

3. The front-back dimension: act, survive, move forward

It corresponds to the vital movement of protection and survival, linked to the reptilian brain and the spleen muscle. It expresses the ability to advance, defend oneself, or retreat if necessary.

In business, this dimension is that of the physical body and operational action. It represents the ability to bring things to fruition, to manage emergencies, and to maintain stability.

Channeling energy to create, not destroy

Every dimension is essential. Just as every coin has two sides, a company's energy can be creative or destructive. If it is not channeled through a clear and secure process, it can turn against the organization itself—especially in money-related sectors, where energy intensity is high.

That is why each employee must be structured in these three dimensions:

  • Left-right to unite intuition and reason.
  • Up and down to connect emotions and consciousness.
  • Back and forth to secure the action and move forward.

When they are aligned, the company functions like a healthy body: fluid, joyful, creative, fearless, but with clear processes that channel collective energy.
