Session proceedings
Each session begins with an initial meeting where we get to know each other. You are invited to express the difficulties you are experiencing and describe their context. These issues can be of any nature: emotional, physical, relational, professional, or related to various transitions and obstacles.
The goal is for you to be able to assess the current situation and observe its evolution over time. Because it is real, concrete, and verifiable change that will allow you to fully appreciate this approach.
Giving the body a voice
Once this initial exploration is complete, we connect with your body to listen to what it has to say on the subject at hand. Through muscle testing, we access the unconscious parts of yourself, which reveal their perspective. This information can sometimes contradict what your mind thinks or desires—which may explain persistent blockages.
Gradually, a new awareness emerges, leading to a profound and clear understanding. Body and mind then begin to collaborate towards a common goal, where each finds their rightful place, joy, and fulfillment.
A three-stage evolutionary process
1. Consciousness
You become aware of the unconscious parts of yourself, inscribed in your physical body, your cells and your cellular memory.
2. Acceptance
You welcome these elements with openness, understanding that every experience has value. What was a resource at one time can become a hindrance at another. Learning to recognize and transform them allows you to make them a conscious choice rather than an automatic response.
3. The Transformation
When all the wounded parts have received what they needed, when repressed emotions have been heard and welcomed with love and awareness, life flows freely again. Achieving goals then becomes natural and fluid, without forced effort: "It transforms within me."
Duration and frequency of sessions
A session typically lasts from 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the individual's needs and requirements. It is recommended to leave approximately three weeks between sessions to allow cells to regenerate and fully integrate the changes initiated.
