I was born on July 19, 1969, in Nice, at a time when humanity was pushing its own boundaries by walking on the moon. The daughter of a Cossack mother and an Italian father, I grew up in Milan, where from a very young age, curiosity and a desire to understand the world guided me. At four, I asked to join a school, and at five, a German school.
After studying computer science, I worked for 20 years in some of the most prestigious investment banks, specializing in high finance. But behind this career path lay a quest: a search for deeper meaning. The personal and professional challenges I faced led me to explore therapeutic practices, culminating in a diploma as a cellular memory practitioner. Today, I am a coach, a federally certified therapist, and an adult education trainer.
People say I have the ability to clarify what seems complex, to build connections, and to gently share powerful tools. I deeply believe that everyone—individual, team, or organization—can become an agent of their own alignment, and it is this autonomy that I support in everything I offer.
My CV
Concrete tools for profound transformations – serving people and organizations
My work is based on a simple conviction: whether at the individual or organizational level, the resources needed for change are already present. My role is to help uncover them, make them accessible, and set in motion what may seem stagnant. Through innovative, concrete, and subtle tools such as muscle testing, Brain Gym, and the "Touch for Health" method, I support each person or team in a targeted process that respects their pace.
Ethical charter:
• To provide a safe, clear and caring space.
• To provide concrete, accessible and powerful tools.
• To offer a structured framework that respects everyone's pace.
• To act with integrity, in accordance with what I live and embody.
• To welcome without judgment, with the conviction that everything has meaning.
• To put myself at the service of autonomy, and not dependence.
• Presence of heart, body, and mind.
Prerequisites:
• Recognize that we cannot change others , but only our way of reacting to them.
• Be ready to embody the change you want : in your life, your team or your environment.
• Accept your own limitations , not as weaknesses, but as starting points for growth.
• To adopt an attitude of openness : to oneself, to others, to what may emerge.
• Be responsible for your own path : no one can move forward for you, but any right support can reveal you.
My philosophy
I rely on simple and powerful universal laws: what we experience externally reflects what we carry internally. We attract what we vibrate.
I cannot change others, but I can transform my reaction to what arises. That is where true power lies.
The methods I use follow a three-step process:
1. I see what is there, with clarity.
2. I accept what I feel, without judgment.
3. And this transforms , naturally, sometimes effortlessly.
You will appreciate this approach because it is based on the concrete observation of facts and feelings. Everything can be evaluated, experienced in the body, and verified in daily life — without abstract interpretation, without imposed beliefs.
